The three core components of HoWLLs are Work Hard, Reflect Well, and Take Pride. Learners are encouraged to work diligently, persevere through challenges, and give their best effort, whether working independently or collaboratively. They are also taught to reflect on their learning, accept feedback, and set goals for improvement. Students are also encouraged to take pride in their achievements, their presentation, and in helping others, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
